Where to buy
I don’t reprint Amazon’s price here — Amazon shows you the live one, which means the number you see is always current rather than whatever I last wrote down.

My verdict
I check prices, not products — this confirms the number is real, not whether the pressing quality holds up or the vinyl arrives without warping. And it holds up: the price sat flat for months before this drop, not a stale list price bumped up right before a fake sale, and it's meaningfully under where it's actually been sitting. This is the genuine 2-LP vinyl pressing, not a single-disc or digital substitute marked up to look like the full release. The tradeoff: vinyl shipping always carries some risk of cosmetic packaging damage or a warped record regardless of price, so factor that into how you'd handle a replacement if needed.
Buy it if
- Vinyl collectors who want the genuine 2-LP pressing of a classic album at a real discount
- Buyers replacing a damaged or lost copy who don't want to pay full price again
- Anyone building a hip-hop vinyl collection who wants an essential, influential release
Skip it if
- You're not comfortable with standard vinyl shipping risk — cosmetic packaging damage or warping can happen regardless of price
- You want a specific colored-vinyl or limited edition variant — confirm this listing is the standard pressing you want
- The explicit content doesn't suit your listening environment or the intended recipient if this is a gift
