Where to buy
I don’t reprint Amazon’s price here — Amazon shows you the live one, which means the number you see is always current rather than whatever I last wrote down.

My verdict
I check prices, not products — this is about whether the current price is real, not a review of hinge durability or fold performance. And it holds up: substantially below its real recent average — not a struck-through list price, and just a few dollars off its all-time low. This is a genuinely flagship-tier foldable, not a budget flip phone, with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The tradeoff: foldable phones carry real long-term durability questions that a straight-bar phone doesn't — hinge wear and screen crease are inherent to the form factor, not a defect specific to this model, so factor that into how you use and care for it.
Buy it if
- Anyone wanting genuine flagship specs — 12GB/256GB, 50MP camera — in a foldable form factor at well below its typical price
- Buyers who specifically want the compact folded footprint over a standard slab phone
- Unlocked buyers who want carrier flexibility rather than a carrier-locked device
Skip it if
- You're not comfortable with foldable-specific durability tradeoffs — hinge wear and screen crease are inherent to this form factor
- You need guaranteed compatibility with a specific carrier — confirm unlocked/band compatibility before buying
- You want the absolute latest Razr generation — this is the 2025 model, not necessarily the newest release
